Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of ccfrp.com and, where incorporated into an order or agreement, purchases from Guangzhou Chui Chui Feng Automotive Products Co., Ltd ("CCF"). By placing an order with CCF, you agree to the applicable terms confirmed for that order.
Quotations & Orders
All prices, minimum order quantities, product specifications, lead times and shipping costs are confirmed in a written quotation or proforma invoice for the specific order.
A quotation is valid for the period stated in it. An order is accepted only when confirmed by CCF in writing. Product information, pricing examples and other content published on this website do not by themselves constitute a binding offer.
If a written quotation, proforma invoice, purchase agreement or project agreement contains terms that differ from these website Terms, the terms specifically agreed for that order will apply.
Payment & Production
Payment terms are stated in the applicable quotation or proforma invoice. Production, order preparation or project work begins according to the payment and project conditions confirmed for the specific order.
For made-to-order or custom products, changes requested after production, development or tooling work has begun may affect the product specification, cost and schedule. Any such changes must be reviewed and confirmed separately in writing.
Product Information & Fitment
We describe product materials, construction, weave, finish and vehicle applications to the best of our knowledge based on the applicable product specification.
Before ordering, the buyer is responsible for confirming the exact vehicle model, model year, chassis code, body style, trim level and relevant bumper or body configuration. Vehicle differences between markets, model years and trim levels may affect product compatibility.
Carbon fiber aftermarket parts may require professional installation, adjustment or fitting depending on the vehicle and product. Professional installation is strongly recommended. The buyer is also responsible for checking applicable local laws and regulations concerning installation and road use.
Shipping, Duties & Delivery
Shipping method, freight charges, applicable trade terms and delivery arrangements are confirmed for each order.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, import duties, taxes, customs-clearance charges and other destination-country fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Quoted production or dispatch timing is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs procedures, carriers, weather, force majeure or other circumstances outside CCF's reasonable control.
Custom & OEM/ODM Projects
For custom and OEM/ODM projects, development scope, tooling, samples, specifications, costs and schedule are reviewed and confirmed separately before production.
Ownership and permitted use of custom tooling, CAD files, drawings and other project materials are determined by the applicable written project agreement.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that it has the necessary rights to any drawings, trademarks, logos, CAD files, samples or other materials supplied to CCF for use in a project.
Confidential information may be protected under a separately signed NDA. Exclusivity, protected designs, tooling restrictions or territory arrangements apply only when specifically agreed in writing.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CCF's aggregate liability arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for the goods giving rise to the claim.
CCF is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, installation errors, incorrect or incomplete vehicle information supplied by the buyer, unauthorized modifications, improper use, accidents or damage caused by circumstances outside CCF's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through good-faith discussion. Any further dispute-resolution procedure will be governed by the applicable order, contract or other written agreement between the parties.
