Can I cancel or adjust my order?
Yes, as long as production has not started. Once tooling or production is underway, costs already incurred may apply — contact us immediately and we will explain exactly where the order stands and what can be adjusted.
Which surface finishes can you provide?
Gloss, matte and satin clear coats over 3K twill weave are standard. Forged-look carbon and selected color coatings are available on request for custom projects.
What is the shipping time for each shipping method?
As a reference: express 5–7 days, air freight around 7–15 days, and sea freight 20–35 days depending on the destination port. Final transit time is confirmed with your quotation.
When is mold opening free?
For selected cooperative projects — typically committed product lines with clear order volume — molds can be developed free of charge according to the project's specific conditions. Ask about it during consultation and we will state the terms in writing.
Do you provide installation guidance?
Yes. Every order can include installation advice, and for new products we can provide fitment notes or reference photos/video to help installation go smoothly.
