Production & QC
Your parts go through autoclave curing, CNC trimming and heat press forming. Every batch is inspected for appearance, dimensions and fitment. You get QC photos before shipping.
Ship & Support
We pack, label and ship to your port or door. Installation guidance included. After-sales support available — report an issue and we respond within 1 hour during working hours (GMT+8).

What do you need from me to start a project?
A drawing, 3D scan, OEM sample or even a clear photo with dimensions. The more detail you give us, the faster and more accurate the quote. If you're not sure what to send, describe what you need and we'll guide you.
How much does mold development cost?
Tooling cost depends on part size, complexity and material. For qualified projects — typically those with committed volumes or long-term partnership potential — mold development is free. We confirm the exact tooling scope and cost in the project quotation before any commitment.
Can I get a sample before mass production?
Yes. We produce prototype samples for your approval before any production run. For development-stage projects, sample costs are waived. You review the sample, confirm fitment and finish, then we proceed.
What's the typical lead time for a custom project?
Quote within 24 hours (working days). Prototype samples in 7-14 days. Mold development in 15-25 days. Production in 15-30 days depending on quantity. We confirm the exact timeline in your quotation.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. If you need a non-disclosure agreement before sharing drawings or samples, we provide a standard NDA. Your designs and project details are kept confidential.
What if I need a small batch first to test the market?
We support small-batch production runs for market testing. Minimum quantities are discussed per project — we're flexible when there's a clear path to larger volumes.
What happens if a part doesn't fit or has a defect?
Report the issue with photos and batch information. For verified manufacturing defects, we provide free reshipment or replacement — no additional monetary compensation. Warranty terms are agreed per product and order before production starts.
