A Prominent European Football Player
The client is a well-known European professional football player, contacted through a representative.
Two parallel goals were set in the brief: a personal set of carbon fiber automotive parts for the player's own vehicle, and a series of small carbon fiber lifestyle items to be distributed as gifts to members of his official fan club.
Both product groups had to share the same visual language — weave, finish and branding — so they would read as one coordinated project.

How We Built Both Product Lines
Automotive Parts
3D Scan & Custom Mold
The vehicle was 3D-scanned for the exact mounting points, molds were developed in house and reviewed against the scan before any carbon was laid.
Manufacturing Process
Autoclave Dry Carbon
3K twill prepreg, vacuum-bagged and cured in our autoclave at 6 bar — the same process used for our AMXNX-branded parts. Surface: gloss clear coat.
Fan Gift Items
Small Carbon Fiber Pieces
A coordinated set of lifestyle items — keychains, card holders and small display pieces — produced in a single run of 200, with the fan club's logo laser-engraved.
Packaging
Branded Gift Boxes
Each fan gift was packed in a custom-branded gift box — consistent weave, consistent finish, consistent unboxing experience for every recipient.

Who drafts the NDA — you or us?
Either works. We have a standard mutual NDA template in English that has been used on previous VIP and OEM projects, and we will share it for your legal review. If your legal team prefers their own template, we will sign yours instead — what matters is that confidentiality is in place before any project detail is shared.
What is the MOQ for fan-gift small items? Can they ship together with vehicle parts?
Small carbon fiber gift items typically start at 100–200 pieces depending on the design. Yes, gift items and vehicle parts can ship in one consolidated shipment — we plan the production and packaging schedule so both lines finish together and load into the same cartons or pallets.
Are the engineers on a VIP project the same team as regular orders?
Yes. We do not run a separate "VIP" team — the same engineers, layup technicians and QC staff who handle OEM and AMXNX-branded production also run VIP projects. The difference is the access and confidentiality, not the people on the floor.
Can you do confidential delivery — no factory name on the package?
Yes. For confidential deliveries the outer cartons, packing list and shipping marks can be neutral — no factory name, no AMXNX branding, no reference linking back to us. Inner product branding follows your spec. Tell us the confidentiality rules up front and we will pack to them.
How long does a comparable VIP build take?
A vehicle build plus fan-gift run comparable to this case — one vehicle platform, custom tooling, and 100–300 gift pieces — typically runs 6–10 weeks from confirmed drawings to ready-to-ship. Tighter windows are possible if the vehicle scan and tooling already exist; first-time builds need the full window.
